for everything", shadow boards and other organisational tools.
Continuous Improvement (Kaizen)
Looks at the 8 wastes, empowerment, poka-yoke, SMART,
DTI's 7 measures, planning and putting Kaizen into place.
Visual Management
Looks at the importance of good visual management,
types of visual management, the visual factory.
Problem Solving Techniques
Looks at 5 whys, brainstorming, fishbone diagram and
other problem solving tools.
Each workshop will be carried out on site. Each workshop will allow
candidates to participate and apply the techniques developed on
their working environment.
